Jayden and Re-l are making the arrest. Vincent will resist, and then Deimos wil ltry to cut Re-l's head off. But she heals, and Vincent is pissed. But Jayden makes the official arrest. Bruce is watching through the windows.

Okay basically, GOALS:
1) Vincent to be arrested
2) Vincent does not want Elliot arrested, and so will resist if a warrant for Elliot comes in
3) Current evidence against Elliot is Benjamin's testimony. Vincent is based on Re-l's testimony, the poison, and circumstantial evidence that links him to Fai's murder
4) Norman Jayden to make the arrest
5) WHAT ELSE IDK

Amy's still sleeping but she'll be on in a few hours to chat about this.

Re-l is going to have MINIMAL INVOLVEMENT. Once Jayden tells her he's making the arrest, she's only going to ensure that Vincent is not going to go beheading Jayden or hurting him. She's only there for added assurance.

Once all of this is done and she's healed, Vincent will probably be put in a car with Voids to ensure he doesn't go batshit. B(

also Bruce has MINIMAL INVOLVEMENT too mostly he's here to collate info and dump it on the police's lap. So basically, the convo transcript with Vincent is going on Re-l's desk, also that transcript with Cze. :3

... I'm doing this frankly because I am obsessive compulsive about keeping all plots neat.

Okay Sarah just told me that apparently we need to back-date log where Gilbert explains that Ciel has put Phancyhive on lock-down because he fears someone is coming to arrest Elliot and Vincent on "false charges" which means no matter what has been said Vincent has had at least a night to stew over his options.

This also means the Nightrays will need to come out of Phancyhive and talk to the police but I think at this point they're all willing to do this.

It also means Vincent may not use Demios if he thinks it'll endanger Elliot. (Which it will if he does use her but he may be unaware of this, it depends on how his convo with Gil goes.)

(Also I think Gilbert may try to show Oz's seal, which is always visible, that an illegal contractor's is always visible, which is a lie, and that both Elliot and Vincent lack a seal. This is not certain yet however. This may also lead to Vincent manifesting Demios anyway as he is not cool with Gilbert trying to defend him.)

Now, this may mean he'll wind up surrendering peacefully in hopes he can talk the police out of charging Elliot. Of course Vincent is mentally unstable in general and he'll be on a hair trigger. Which means if they try to arrest Elliot at the same time he'll snap and summon Demios. He'll also lose his shit if Gilbert is even just threatened, as in verbal may be alone enough to set him off. So he needs to be handled very carefully but so long as he does not think his brothers are in overt danger he'll surrender.

Yes, Gilbert and Oz are willing to show off the seal to prove what an illegal Contactor's symbol looks like. Daedalus already knows this from the previous Oz that was in SP.

And now I'm leaning towards a peaceful surrender once again-- but we'll see. :|

Yeah, it's tough to tell how threatened Vincent will be, even after the evidence is laid out. Something could still be said that causes him to act. He might just allow Elliot to be cleared in that moment and pull some shit regardless that causes him alone to be suspicious, or demand that he be brought in for questioning for some other reason.

Okay, so I have a very long, convoluted plot idea worked out in my head that may or may not pan out depending on how all of this goes, so it really comes down to what Birdy thinks Vincent will do. Gilbert still plans on going to him after the fact (which I'll write up during my lunch break) to explain that people are coming for Elliot, and that there's evidence supporting Elliot as the HH. So really, it's up to Birdy what Vincent does with that information.

But if we want to do epic Chain fight regardless, Gilbert will be there to seal the Chain off, even if it means that it hurts him. Because even though he's discovered the truth, he can't allow anything to happen that would end up hurting Oz in the end, if it's possible to do.

Jayden as talked to Liam/Reim about the whole contractor thing, so he knows about the seals for the Chains; dude was very thorough in talking about it. From that conversation, as well as the evidence Jayden got from Re-l, the Bat, and from Fai, they technically have enough to search the Phancyhive house, which is what Jayden was going to try and do.

Also Jayden knows about Humpty Dumpty and the illegal contracting of it and how someone might not even know, so he's had an eye on Elliot anyway since he fits the profile of what was needed, which was why the house needs to be searched.

That's all I got. Norman will make the arrest and hopefully no one dies during it? Yeah.

Uhhhh...well. Gilbert asked Ciel the other day how protected Elliot and Vincent would be, and Ciel swore to him that as long as Vincent and Elliot remain under his roof, no harm will come to them. Ciel doesn't know all the details at all, but he knows that Elliot and Vincent are being framed for something and Phancyhive is practically impenetrable due do hax demons, thousands of poisonous spiders, 50 poisonous snakes, two dogs and a godhax witch on call if need be.

I also know Devit wasn't going to have Elliot go outside until he contracts with Kyubey as well so...I don't know about Vincent, but Ciel (depending on what Sarah says - but I think Ciel honestly would've said so by now anyway) most likely would have warned them by now that they're in danger/lockdown/w.e. Vincent is Vincent and Ciel can't really do much if he does decide to leave other than order them to...not.

The thing is, Ciel and Alois are extremely possessive people. If anyone fucks with their household or tries to harm one of them, even if they've been framed or guilty of something, they'll have them defended/go fuck the other person's shit up (These are, after all, two children who are deeply disturbed). The last thing Ciel wants is for people to fuck with his house now of all times, especially when he himself is rather unstable mentally due to a lot of shit having happened to him in the past couple of weeks.

If the arrest is a peaceful affair, the right people are contacted ahead of time and it's not just...the police suddenly wandering onto the grounds, things would go a lot smoother. If people just try to barge their way in/yell that they've that they've the authority to - things aren't going to work. The last thing Ciel wants is a bloodbath or a huge fight on his property (and really, it's the last thing I want to be honest, just because of the timing of it all - Ciel's already got enough stress to handle). He's not an uncooperative individual when it comes to dealing with the police (or fucking with them) due to his canon connection with the Yard, and he's more than willing to be devious to help Vincent get out of jail/pay bail or have Sebastian plant evidence somewhere else to frame another individual.

If Vincent decides to surrender then I'll have him contact Ciel and be like "thanks for the hospitality but this is something I've chosen of my own free will" basically freeing Ciel of any obligation he may have had to him.

OKAY GUYS HERE'S THE OTHER DEAL

From everything that's going on right now, it seems like we're all wondering wtf to do and everything. I think what's needed the most is MORE TIME; more time for the PH cast to figure out what to do, more time for the Phancyhive people to figure out what they need to do. I know from a police standpoint, Jayden is not making any arrests right now, and he will not be making them just yet.

There is the whole thing with Reim and his talk with Jayden, and we can figure something out with that, but we can't really go and retcon every conversation he's had. But if we're going into small things, Jayden has enough evidence to get a search warrant for the Phancyhive house. So if it's okay with Ciel and Alois-muns, we can take an extra week for everyone to get sorted out within the casts and within the household; Jayden CANNOT DO ANYTHING until he has done a search of the house, and we've already agreed that there's nothing in the house that would incriminate anyone anyway.

But by doing this, everyone gets more time to figure out what they want to do with their character, how they want to end the plot, and so EVERYONE CAN CALM DOWN A LITTLE.

Nothing will be done until Jayden has searched the house. There will be no barging into the house, no yelling, no one getting hurt. It will be a very simple, quiet search, Jayden will be contacting people ahead of time to let them know he will be coming, and in this way, we get another week at least for everyone to calm down and figure things out.

But once a week is up, we need everything to be settled, and everyone needs to know what is happening, okay? We need an order of events after the search of the house, and everyone needs to be onboard with what is happening. Sounds good?

This sounds good to me. So long as Ciel is contacted beforehand and told as much, he'd be willing to let Jayden search the house while wearing a polite, false smile. ~~Gtfo of dead mom's room though.~~

He'll give you a guided tour like he does with the Yard hurdur. Maybe even offer you some tea and ~~scones~~ cakes.

He will call Ciel beforehand, but honestly, he's only going to give him like a half hour, hour tops, to get ready for him to come over there and start looking. Just so you know.

And as long as Claude is told ahead of time to stand down, he'll tell the spiders to calm down and disable his traps for intruders lmfao.

Sounds fine to me as it will also give Jayden perhaps a chance to interview people (or is that not allowed with a search warrant?) but I'm glad to have a week.

Whatever the judge decides is in the warrant, so he could get a chance to interview people! I can always put up a log for the search if people want me to, otherwise things can be handwaved, but I think a week is a good thing to have right now, so everyone can take a chill pill and we can sort shit out xD

Yeah honestly I was not expecting it to suddenly apparently come to a head. I was expecting to be able to have some time to plot out. So this works perfectly.

Also plus if Jayden gets a sense of Vince's personality the arrest will likely go smoother too then. :|a
